Yes, Hypnosis is 100% safe and has been approved by the British Medical Association for more than 50 years. Hypnotherapists help to guide you but they can’t make you do anything you do not wish to do. You are completely free to stop the session anytime you wish.

Each session is totally focused on you and your needs and all treatment is agreed with you beforehand. You will talk about the issues you wish to change and the benefits of making those changes. Then you will enjoy a session of deeply relaxing hypnosis.
6. Will I remember everything?
You will remember some of the session, but you may not remember all of it as some work is carried out whilst you are in a very relaxed altered state.
The good news is don’t need to consciously remember everything as your subconscious mind will do that for you.
7. How many sessions will I need?
That depends on you and the issue in question, however, this type of therapy is solution focused and treatment is usually completed between 1 - 6 sessions.

10. Can I learn to hypnotise myself?
Absolutely, as all hypnosis is self hypnosis. You will be taught some useful methods of relaxing and techniques to help break your unwanted habit.
