is a powerful therapeutic approach which helps make conscious positive changes to behaviour or the way you think. CBH is
a major therapeutic process used to make you feel relaxed and calm. It helps you to think in a positive way and motivates you towards future change.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) can improve the quality of your life. NLP is an innovative technique which combines
language patterns, visualisation, people modelling and hypnosis to effect positive change in your behaviour.

Hypnosis is a safe natural state which helps you to relax deeply. The mind becomes internally focused and absorbed and allows change to take place at a subconscious level. You are always in control and able to stop or speak at any time. The experience is pleasant, relaxing and like a guided day dream.
